We're Ben and Annie Judd, proud Air Force veterans and parents to two little boys. We're thrilled to share our beautiful property with you.​

We provide you with the most stunning backdrops for your event.  Our 31-acre property boasts picturesque views - whether you choose to overlook the pond, woods or the rolling hills of South Central, PA.

Continue celebrating in our beautifully decorated reception barn, equipped with two large sliding barn doors to make you feel at one with nature.

You'll have access to all of our unique accessories... arches, centerpiece items, paddle boats, kayaks, two hot tubs, and more..   We have rectangular tables and chairs as well!​
